• Clicking Feedback will take you to the Customer Care System page.
• On this page, enter your registered mobile number and LPG ID details.
• Once submitted, all information related to your LPG connection will be displayed, including the dates and times your gas subsidy was credited.
• If the subsidy has not been credited to your bank account, the system will show this information, and you can also file a complaint regarding the issue.
