- Candidates should have a B.Sc (Hons) Nursing, B.Sc Nursing, or a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from an institute or university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.
- Additionally, candidates with a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) must be registered as a Nurse and Midwife with the respective State Nursing Council and have at least 2 years of work experience in a 50-bedded hospital.
